About

I’m a current final year CS undergrad at IIT Madras, interested in Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, Robotics and Systems Engineering. Being a focused and technical person, I enjoy building new products and improving my skills through various projects and courses.

I’ve been a part of the open-source community for the last 2 years, having started with exploring robotics. Since then, I have participated in GSoC 2019 with ArduPilot.org, a versatile open autopilot software for drones and other autonomous systems. Contributing to various projects has helped and motivated me when learning new tools and languages and led to learning interesting features and tricks which probably wouldn’t have happened otherwise. Currently, I work more on AirSim, having developed several new features, bug fixes, unit-testing, CI/CD & improved documentation.

Apart from this, I’ve taken various courses related to Systems Engineering and core CS and use other online methods to explore my interests. Reading books is one of my major hobbies, and I enjoy reading technical books and fiction novels and keeping myself up to date with the latest news and technologies through blog posts and articles.

Reach out if you want to discuss anything related to programming, tech or even my current or other series (ps. Malazan Book of the Fallen currently)!
